Required Materials:

Plant of your choice

Your favourite bowl or display dish

Soil
-
Scissors
-
Clear packing tape
-
2 Strips of acetate; the height of your plant’s root ball
Instructions:
Step 1:
Place packing tape at the end of your acetate strip.
Step 2:
Cut tape and close acetate into a circle.
Step 3:
Place cylindrical acetate onto your favourite bowl or display dish.
Step 4:
Place plant inside.
Step 5:
Add soil along plant’s edge (this allows it to grow beyond its root ball area). Make sure it fills up all around the edges and that it's well packed.

The acetate is important to use not only because it helps maintain the shape of the root ball but also keeps humidity and needed moisture in the plant's root system.
